Privacy Policy
1. Overview
Spretta is free to use. This policy describes what we collect when you use spretta.app and how we use it.
2. Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and profile info from Google sign-in
- Workspace data — teams, orgs, standups, stories, retros, poker rooms, and related content you create
- Usage data — logs, device/browser metadata, and optional analytics to keep the service secure and improve reliability
- Integrations — tokens or metadata you provide for GitHub or other connectors, stored to power those features
3. How we use information
We use data to authenticate you, sync collaboration features, run AI summaries or agents you request, prevent abuse, and operate spretta.app. We do not sell your personal information.
4. AI features
When you use AI standup summaries or agents, relevant team content may be sent to our AI provider to generate a response. We apply guardrails to reduce sensitive data in prompts and outputs. Admin analytics may mask personal identifiers by default.
5. Sharing
We share data with subprocessors that help us run the service (hosting, database, AI APIs) under contractual obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform.
6. Retention and security
We retain data while your account and teams are active and as needed for backups, legal compliance, and security. We use encryption in transit and optional encryption at rest for sensitive fields where configured.
7. Your choices
You can stop using the service at any time. Org owners and admins control team membership and some exports. Contact us through spretta.app community channels for access or deletion requests where applicable law applies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
