Terms of Service

1. The service

Spretta is a hosted team workspace for agile delivery — standups, sprint planning, boards, ceremonies, reports, and related features. Spretta is free to use at spretta.app. If we ever introduce paid plans, we will update these terms before charging anyone.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google (or another method we enable). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your session secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Spretta for lawful team collaboration. You may not:

Scrape, bulk-export, or mirror the service without permission
Resell, rebrand, or offer Spretta as your own product
Probe, disrupt, or overload our systems
Upload malware, spam, or content that violates others’ rights
Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these rules or poses risk to the service or other users.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit (standups, stories, retro notes, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Spretta for you and your team — including AI summaries and agents where you enable them.

5. Our software

Spretta’s software, design, and branding are proprietary. These terms grant you a right to use the service, not to copy, modify, or redistribute our code or assets. See our copyright & license notice for details.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may limit usage to protect the platform (rate limits, fair-use caps, maintenance windows).

7. Disclaimers

Spretta is provided “as is.” We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
